F# Balanced Scorecard
OVERVIEW
This project endeavored to improve department management by automatically surfacing and calculating KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) across the company. The project was more of a management / data exercise than a UI exploration since a majority of my time was spent working with department heads to fine tune their KPI’s and propose actionable data points.

I had already built and managed most of the company’s workflow process using Atlassian JIRA, so I was uniquely positioned to play with the data we had on hand and capture additional data points if needed. As many of the department heads were new to using data to track organizational trends, I ended up teaching our company about the utility of such a platform, as well as basic data management reasoning.
